Sacrifice of the Five Holy Wounds of JESUS

O HEAVENLY FATHER, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary I sacrifice the RIGHT HAND OF JESUS to You, which was so painfully wounded on the cross, and the Precious Blood which Jesus shed from it, as atonement for my sins (the sins of my family and ancestors) and ask you humbly: Hide me (my family, my possessions and belongings) in the Holy Wounds of Jesus, so that Satan cannot find me (us) and cannot harm me (us).

O HEAVENLY FATHER, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary I sacrifice the PIERCED SIDE OF JESUS to You, which was so painfully wounded on the cross and the blood and water which Jesus constantly sheds in the Holy Sacraments to our purification, healing and sanctification.

Our Father, Hail Mary, Glory be . . .

LORD, I sacrifice the wound of the Heart of Jesus to You as atonement for my lovelessness and unforgiveness, my grudge, anger and hatred;

the wounds of the Scourging of Jesus as atonement for my carnal sins of uncleanliness, intemperance and greed;

the wounds of the Crowning with Thorns of Jesus as atonement for my pride, my self-opinionatedness, craving for recognition and spiritual listnessness;

the disfigured and mocked face of Jesus as atonement for all my disguises, lies and my bad example as a Christian;

the godforsakenness of Jesus as atonement for my ingratitude, my lack of faith and trust, my discouragement and fears.

I humbly ask You: Hide us all in the Holy Love Wound of Jesus, so that the evil enemy cannot sift us like wheat.

PRAYER with the request to God to be able to forgive

JESUS, in Your name and with Your power – with my power it is not possible – I forgive N. the way You wish. I bless him/her in Your Holy Name. Save his/her soul, o Lord, and heal me from all inner wounds I received through him/her.

HOLY SPIRIT, tear out all the bitter roots of these wounds which are not implanted by the Heavenly Father.

JESUS, pour your Precious Blood into these wounds and heal me.

LORD, I unite this suffering with Your suffering and sacrifice it according to your opinion.

 

But He was wounded for our transgressions,
He was bruised for our iniquities;
upon Him was the chastisement that made us whole,
and with His stripes we are healed.
